The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to its thin feel, hard plastic seats and a design that seems dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for those seeking a budget option.

Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it does have enough features worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it can jump curbs with ease unlike many other light strollers that diverge when trying to do the same thing. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs hang in that way. The lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and use. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider and then press the large white button. This can be a hassle when you're trying to keep your children entertained while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a compact but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate an enormous diaper bag. The basket is a bit small and you might have to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Kolcraft has been around since 1946. Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946 and is a third generation, family-owned company. They started out manufacturing crib pads and diapers and now they produce several baby products, including highchairs as well as infant car seats. The company is located in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight cheap double pushchair stroller with a minimalist design that's perfect for trips. It's super light at just 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It also has independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have windows that peek out and extra-large under seat storage bags. The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also great to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and possess a good neck control to use the front seat. It does have a nice, three panel sun canopy, however each seat comes with its own snack tray as well as cup holders for the parents.

Another extremely light side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's smaller and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) It also has a convenient carry strap and can accommodate children up to 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're looking for a stroller that is light in weight but also packed with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at 13 lbs, but it offers plenty of storage space in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket and a parent storage pocket, and more. The stroller is also compatible with a child's car seat and comes with a brake with a flip-flop feature that is easy to engage. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby to an adult stroller by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separately) and it's suitable for children 6 months and up.

The stroller is swivel-wheel only and has no locking capabilities which means it won't be the best choice for rocky or steep terrain. It maneuvers well on pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.

It also has a huge canopy which we found to be more effective at blocking out sunlight than other strollers in our best double infant strollers strollers review.

The stroller is lightweight enough to to maneuver through door frames. This was a major issue with other models we have tested. It folds easily and the handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy transportation. Its only flaw is its relatively small storage space, which feels cramped when full of kid stuff.
