What to do

My t-roc has a glitch where it will lock the boot with my keys inside it will remain unlocked for 2 minutes or so if you put the key in, but then close the boot, it will lock automatically and no indicators will flash or sound. I have rang several road side assists and they have said they will have to get out to unlock it, which is quite a hassle.

The best way I've found is to open the door's top with your fingers, there is a gap and feed the end of the car key with the hook that is attached to this, jiggle around and it should unlock, you may have to employ a small screwdriver in order to do this.

Contact your dealer
