That makes the i3+ a good option for those looking for a hands-off, fully automated cleaning experience, but don't mind taking the time to empty their robot's trash bin when it fills up.

Both robots are adept at removing surface dirt on floors and carpets, and they can easily navigate around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software creates a smart map of your home to assist the i3+ to navigate and clean up efficiently. The i3+ isn't able to have obstacle avoidance capabilities like the i7+ or other top-rated robots we have test. It could get stuck on power cords and socks and have trouble moving between surfaces, such as rug and hardwood.

iRobot suggests that you clean up the area where the i3+ EVO vacuums before using it. This includes putting away any toys or clutter it might come across. You should also keep the filters and dust bin clean to prevent them from becoming clogged. When the i3+ EVO's internal bin is full or its battery is depleted it will return to its docking station, automatically emptying its debris into the station's dust bin and then resumes cleaning the area where it started. The i3+ EVO's batteries last for about an hour and a half of continuous use. It takes around three hours to recharge.

2. Roomba from iRobot

The iRobot i7+ is a top model from iRobot’s flagship line and comes with the most recent features. It has self-charging and self-navigating. But the most significant feature is its self-emptying bin. This will eliminate the need for routine maintenance.

The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ with these services. We were able, once connected, to give voice commands to the i7+, like "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options to manage i7+ settings and monitoring the performance.

3. Dyson Cyclone V10

This tiny Dyson model is an athletic car that is amidst a sea of vacuums powered by cordless that resemble minivans and buses. It's powerful enough to replace a traditional stand-up vacuum in a majority of homes, but also small enough to fit on the bookcase or coffee table.

The V10 is powered with a Lithium-ion battery with 7 cells of energy that produces power without fading for 60 minutes. It may get stuck on phone cords or low furniture and will often run out of power before returning to its home base.

The Xiaomi Mi robot is superior in many ways over the Roomba 694 in that it has less parts that require regular cleaning, comes with an allergen-trapping HEPA filtering system, incurs lower cost of recurring costs, has more advanced automation capabilities and can better maneuver itself. It also has a larger dustbin and is charged faster.

The elegant RoboVac X8 is superior to the Roomba 694 for most reasons, since it has a better battery life, has the ability to alter the suction power mode by hand and has physical boundary strips, and is controlled by your smartphone's voice assistant. It's also more durable, has a stronger motor, and can perform better on floors with low pile and bare.

5. Samsung Jet Bot AI+
