I thought it was a really good statement, powerful moment when a major political party nominates an African-American man to be their standard bearer. And it's good for our democracy that that happened. And we also had a major contender being a woman. Obviously Hillary Clinton was a major contender. So I think it's a good sign for American democracy.

If you are using a cotton front and flannel back....unless you want a puffy quilt you can forgo the middle. If the top is flannel and back is flannel you definitely will not need anything in the middle.

Once a day or every other day, vacuum and mop the floor. The broom is good for after meals, but the vacuum really sucks up the dirt, so floor surfaces stay clean longer. A damp, well rung out rag (i.e. the old cotton T) with a hole in the centre will pick up those tiny crumbles and make a great shine!
