Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements used.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is swapped for a different one similar one with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they don't keep the same level as the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.

Players can reroll their equipment in three categories that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that weapons and melee attacks and spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next Success is to be rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop can offer to reroll, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This is a great way for players who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to spend a lot of money. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It is accomplished by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item upgrade is attained.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component requires a certain number of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When players have enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade items process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of an item will be increased by an amount of. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type, but you'll typically need Dilithium and a number Upgrade tokens.

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or replaced freely, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases the base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" however, increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more because it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item upgrader mod the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor), the level of the item as well as the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
