During our tests, we discovered that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It is able to maneuver through most types of terrain with ease, however it can be difficult to maneuver over grassy areas and gravel. It isn't easy to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We wouldn't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to reduce bumps for the passengers.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage bin but it's not easy to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem that's common with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers an additional under-seat baby carrier bag to assist with this issue.

Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage options however we'd like to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility when it comes to seating arrangement is a major plus. 5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for weight and folded size. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. The Delta is a bare-bones product which is lacking some features that other strollers in our testing provide, such as an extended recline or a large storage baskets. The LX Side-by-Side is an extremely light and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its comparatively short frame and swivel wheels on the front as well as padding for the shoulder pads ensure the perfect ride for your kids.
