To begin, you will have to remove the metal fob key. To do this, push the small button on the back of the fob until the key pops out. Use a flathead to pry the case open, starting from one side, and then the other. Be careful not to scratch the rubber ring that holds the battery in place. After removing the battery, replace it with a new one, and then reattach it to the case.
