Each Space Key contains a block made of advanced carbon-fire composite material. It was sent to the International Space Station as part of a 2019 research program. After returning to Earth the space key was made into an QR code that connects it to the digital element of the Space Key.

Each of the five Space Keys will feature a distinct moment that occurs only seconds apart as the Lamborghini Ultimae lifts off toward the stars. Over 600 million pixels up each of the five images which were taken by photographer Fabian Oefner.

Oefner used a balloon with a camera to capture each of the individual shots, which were then combined into the final image. The result is a photograph that is out of this world.
