The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest marks in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a weak seat, made of hard plastic, and a design that is dated. It's also costly compared to other strollers double strollers with lighter weights, so it's not the best choice if you're looking for a budget alternative.

It's not the lightest stroller but it's got enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it is able to jump over curbs with minimal effort unlike many other light strollers that drift off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs are dangling in that way. The lack of padding does not make it any easier.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and open. It's a little more challenging to close, however. You need to slide a slider and then pull a big white button to get it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids at the same time.
