This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents seeking an affordable second stroller for their travels. It scored a dazzling score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and size folded, which means it's very lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to move into a car trunk or closet. It also offers the option of reclining in multiple positions and an adult cup holder. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

It performed better in our push and turn test than many of the strollers we tested, but it is still difficult to maneuver over uneven terrain or through narrow doors. It doesn't have a lot of storage space but it has a large, deep basket to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be linked with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for infants up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you need a stroller that is able to be taken on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.

It comes with a large bottle holder, a gear tray, snack trays and a change mat. It also has an automated frame lock as well as a compact fold.
